About Mike Adams

About

Helping organizations and individuals reach their potential is exhilarating. Change can be uncomfortable and create anxiety, but it’s never too late. I just learned how to swim five years ago. Though still scared of the water, I have qualified for Nationals and I point that out because trust me, if I can get in the water for a mile, you can change some of your business processes!

Creating, composing, recording, performing music is emotional.

Painting is therapy until the final details are done, then it magical.

Mission

“To actively pioneer and enable organizations and individuals to realize their potential through effective and creative performance management strategies, techniques, and approaches… then get out their way…… or simply create works of arts for individual joy and reflection.”
